IPO R6: call forwarding without sound

When we activate unconditional forwarding to our mobile number, everything is working fine when calling from an internal extention,

but if we are calling from an external number, the call is forwarded correctly but when the phone is answered, we have no sound.

Anyone a solution???

I forgot to say that we are calling over SIP trunks
