Hi all,
IPO R11.1 VMPRO PostgreSQL question
Since Avaya dropped support on VMPro for Microsoft SQL and MySQL we are only left with Postgresql.
Support pages and Avaya Support confirmed that only Postgresql 9.6 is compatible with vmpro on IPO R11.
Postgresql (8 years old) and EOL since 2 years is of course not a good solution anymore.
Avaya support got back to me: "There are no immediate plans to support PostgreSQL 14 or Latest on VMPro. Yes, customer could consider raising a GRIP request!"
It's pretty unbelievable that Avaya does not update this incompatibility itself...
I will raise a GRIP but this takes time, and chances on a successfull grip are pretty slim.
Does anyone have a workaround to get Postgresql 14 working on IP Office?
Or does anyone know what this incompatibility issue is between the 2?
Kind regards
Maarten
