IPO Quick Version AA not picking up

I have set up many IPO Quick Versions but now I have one which the AA isn't picking up.
I recorded the greeting, set the lines to pick up AA1 after 2* rings but when I call in, still just rings and rings.

I never remember a setting for enabling or disabling the AA. Could it be a bad SD Card?

you set it up under incoming call routes right? You are wanting full time AA? right?
