IPO Problem

I have this ipo that i have taken out of the box and it does not seem to want to turn on is the internal battery dead

APSS (SME)
ACSS (SME)
ACIS (UC)
 
There is light on in the building? (Sorry mate, couldn't resist [peace])

Does the trafo hum? If so, pop the hood, there's a glass fuse next to it.
Also check if the LV connector is fullt seated to the motherboard.

no no thats it it was the power lead i never plugged it in .... now i have it turned on can somebody please walk me through setting up a 32 site SCN with 5 different sip providers and IPOCC , a step by step guide will be absolutely fine
