When a user tries to return a missed (or any other) call from the log list (on an 5610/21) the system prepends a "9" in front of the number for both internal and external calls. This is especially a problem when missed call is from an extension that starts with "11".
The example is as follows:
1. An employee misses an internal call
2. Presses the “Log” button on their phone to see what call was missed
3. Selects the Missed internal call from the list
4. Presses “Call” to return the call
5. The system adds a “9” in front of the number before automatically dialing the number
6. The system then dials 9 + internal extension
7. As 10 of our extensions start with 11 (extensions 110 through 119) the number dialed is 911X
8. The system recognizes the 911… and sends it out to E911
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
