Ok, one more question on an IPO Partner, Release 8.0 system. System is configured where (during business hours) incoming calls ring to the designated phones 4 times and if not answered the call is covered by the auto attendant. The AA gives the caller several options which transfer to particular extensions, or to press 0 for assistance (which is set to ring a calling group of 4 assigned extensions). The issue that I am having is that if no one in the calling group picks up the call, it continues to ring - How can I set the calling group to be covered by a voice mailbox?
