IPO Partner Edition 6.1 Auto Attendant Answers but doesn't play greet

I am using only one Auto Attendant, the calls follow the programming, which is set for delay for 4 rings. The System answers after 4 rings but doesn't play the greeting - You get silence. If you press the selector codes it takes you where the system is programmed for and it sends you to ext 10 (as it should) if you do nothing. If I press 7841 from any phone it plays the message that is recorded.

Ideas?

Record all 4 greetings, and see if its playing in another spot, also check your time tables. Make sure to save the config?

I recorded (and saved) where ever possible. And Alas it works fine now. Thank YOU
