Working on a system right now with a 23 channel PRI (Verizon) attached. Inbound works just fine, but outbound is not working. It seems like the calls are being sent out as national and I should be sending them out as unknown. What I'm seeing in the system monitor is that the IPO is sending out 91XXXXXXXXXX instead of just 1XXXXXXXXXX or XXXXXXXXXX. What short codes do I need to add to the ARS table to get this functioning? Are there any settings on the PRI configuration screen that edit this? The documentation touches on this briefly, but I seem to be missing something/am lacking the technical expertise to execute exactly what's needed. Would one of you kind gents be able to point me in the right direction?
