IPO Office Hardware Issue With Version R6.1 & 7.0

I installed IPO 500 V2 with R6.1. It was working smoothly. Before a month ago, the power supply had a problem. So i installed new IPO 500 V2 control unit at there.
I installed R6.1 SD card into the faulty one after repairing the power supply. It was working fine. Then i restored a configuration of R7.0.12 into this SD card.
Then It is not working currently. I can't refresh it with serial communication. Sometimes it is working but after rebooting it can't run.

If any solution is there. please let me know as soon as possible ?

You could try re-creating the SD card at the release you require, then re-send the config. Also have you checked if you need upgrade licenses?

Hopefully when you got the new control unit you locked it in at 9.1 and then ran R6.1 otherwise your system will require an upgrade license to get to R7(or anything above R6.1).

There can certainly be issues sending a config from a newer release back to an older release system. Usually the other way works fine. If you knew the config was on R7 I guess the question is why not put the system on R7 to match it? Still would not need an essential edition license at R7.
