Got an issue with an IP500v2 and an ISDN30.
Every so often, the IPO doesn't present engaged tone to the user when the other end is busy.
Had the line provider look at multiple call examples and they've confirmed that in every instance the other end is busy. On the phone, the call just hangs with the timer counting up.
had the issue on 6.0(8) and upgraded to 6.0(18) but it hasn't resolved it.
anyone else seen this before?
