MOH, actually it's a prerecorded message through a device into the MOH port, does not play when a trunk is placed on hold. Verified audible input is there, and MOH is programmed as active. Anyone else run into this, and how was it resolved. I don't know the Ohms output of the device is. By the way it's a basic system. I might add that it is a mono plug with an RCA to 3.5 MM male adapter into the audio port. It's an RCA connecter at each end so I can't go 3.5MM to 3.5 MM.

600 ohms, make sure you're using a stereo connector, even though it's obviously a mono signal

The stereo connector is the one that will messes it up, should be mono.

Because it is Mono if you are using a Stereo to RCA (2 RCA's to be exact) you have to plug in the correct one to make it work.

3.5 mm to 3.5 mm worked for me Stereo or Mono

Depending the version you might consider using an analog port programmed for MOH.

You probably have the wrong audio channel connected, I also always use a stereo plug to avoid this :)

In basic mode, for whatever reason, the MOH is set to active by default but you have to set it to not active, save it, and then set it back to active to get it to work usually.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
