IPO : Manual Recording via shortcode

I have implement call recording on ip office 500 version 6.1.
if i use button programming as call record, when on call, i push that button,
on display telephone appear record, and the caller party hear warning call will be record.
the recording is success.
but if i use short code like below
*95, callrecord
when on call, i press hold, then press the short code *95, there is nothing happened.
need your advise.

What happens when you put the call on hold and dial the shortcode?

i already get the way to call record via shortcode
its must have 2 appearance on programmable button, for example button 1 and button 2.
then create shortcode as call record (*95)
during conversation, press transfer, then press *95, then the call will be recorded
