ipo manager can't recreate sd card 2

Hey,

I'm trying to recreate an sd card but the ipo manager won't let me, the menu items are grayed out.
I've just uninstalled, deleted the directory in "Program Files" and reinstalled the manager v6.1.5, however no solution.
Is there something else I can try?

only time i've seen this is if manager isn't pointed to the default directory.

Ditto, on some Dell's it makes the working directory blank for some reasson

So you have both working directories to C://Program Files/Avaya/IP Office/Manager ???

Thanks guys.

I changed the working directory, so my cfg files are separated from the other files. Bummer I can't do that anymore.
With the previous version (6.0) I had to choose the directories manually, I could live with that.
