How can I delete files from opt/vmpro/Accounts/ through a Windows machine? This is something that used to work for us on 11.0.4.7 as smb share, but it stopped once we upgraded to 11.0.4.8

We're pulling voicemails/wav files out of the Accounts folder after mounting that location on a Windows machine. Since the update, haven't been able to do so. Is there anyone here who knows how to delete such files - either by creating a service account or using the built-in root/vmpro account?

Log into the server using WinSCP. opt/vmpro/Accounts
Drap and drop from the server to your desktop. You can also delete messages.
