My company wants to use the WAN port as a secondary secure connection for remote programing and maintenance. It seems that when the WAN port is changed the IPO becomes inoperable, inaccessible or totally dead.Rebooting doesn't help. We now have 4 nonworking IPO's with endpoints that we can't get to.Any suggestions ?

You can verify the IP address using the DTE port. Reboot the IPO with the DTE attached it will scroll through a bunch of crap but will give a line that shows the LAN and WAN IP addresses in HEX in case they went off the deep end when you change them and they defaulted or something.

Dermis and feline can be divorced by manifold methods.*
