IPO DTMF does not work on 9608 phones for 1 NUMBER ONLY.

When i call this one bank number and it ask me to enter my pin it does not work for me or anybody but works fine on a analog phone. and also the carrier can call and use it off the T bird. its only 1 number that wont accept dtmf?? any idea

Seen this a few times on R9, need to reboot the handsets, or sometimes even the system :)
