IPO Contact Center ASPS5000 & IPO Call Center ASPS 5001 1

I have been tasked with acquiring two more certs as stated above, my question to you all is how hard are these two certs to pass, I have heard nightmare stories on here about these and was just curious hard hard I need to study to pass these latest exams, any input was be most appreciated and what docs I should be studying to pass these exams. Any help is most appreciated!

I've done 5001. As long as you know the material and moreso - a solid understanding of IPOCC, how to install and configure it, you'll find it fairly straight forward. I did the course before it was completed, so it was just a heap of recorded sessions that reminded me of the KT calls. Took about 2 days to get through them all, and then I had a bit of play with the software. Nothing terribly difficult, but like anything, if you've never seen it before it might as well be another language.

Test wasn't anything really hard, I whizzed through it in about 15 minutes.

I've not done the 5000 course or exam yet, not even sure if it would be worth worrying about in my case so I'm not really keen on spending the time and money on learning it at this point in time.

When you have never seen IPOCC then you won't pass.
My honest opinion is that IPOCC has noting to do with IPO, it is just modified to work with an IPO.
But all the routing is done in IPOCC and it is a totally different ballgame.
The other one is ACCS i think and that is also ported from another product and i think it is the CM callcenter stuff.

Looks like I will have to take that 5001 test also. Could have been worse. Could have had to take the 5000 exam.
