IPO certificate to dongle conversion

First, I have complete access to Avaya.com (SSO and ADI).

Does anyone know where in all of the titles I can convert a certificate for use on IPO?
I'm sure it's here somewhere but I can find it.

If its the Excel spreadsheet that Avaya use to supply ADI licenses then the instructions for extracting a file to upload are part of the spreadsheet - else copy and paste.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
