Firstly how do the calls ring extension 500, hunt group or directly

o they ring a hunt group and 500 is the only member..
The set up an Oos button —set oos - hunt group number
Calls will go to this hunt group mailbox
Set up a shortcode *99/ voicemail collect/ huntgroup :to call the huntgroup mailbox and you can put this on a button on extension 500.
Extension 500 presses this shortcode button and calls the mailbox.
2:If calls are going to 500 directly then set up a unconditional forward button
Go to your help files and the info is there.
Check voice mail *17
