Hello all,

I am trying to get IX Workplace working remotely and I am seeing this error in SSA:

192.168.1.245 is my ASBCE A1 Interface. Thoughts on how to correct this?

Use the correct password for ix which is under the user tab, not the extension password.

I can see it logged in on the ASBCE and SSA:

When I make a test call, does not hit the trunk on "time in State" on the extension counter. I hear ringing on my app for about 4-5 rings and then beep,beep,beep,beep
