I have a customer with IPO 9.1.8 running 9508 telephones and I am using a standard PRI for calling. The issue they are having is intermittently they will dial into a conference bridge or something similar that requires them to dial access digits and the DTMF tones are not recognized. They then will call into same bridge through cell phone and it will work fine. When they call in at a later time, they can get through with no problem. I have not been able to duplicate problem.
I am wondering if this may be a firmware issue but I did not see anything in particular that mentioned this problem. I did notice that although the firmware release on the phone is correct, the boot loader version is not phone-V0.015 should be V0.017. Does this matter?
