Receptionist answers call, presses transfer button then "user" button on DBM , then complete to transfer call. That's ok,, if 2nd call comes in for same user they would like to transfer to an in-use station, using the same key strokes but cannot use DBM keys if lit up.
Also customer would like a DND if busy option, so that transferred calls would automatically go to v mail if they are currently on another call.
