IPO 9.0 with 9.0 voicemail pro

In Voicemail pro i have a module with 1 for sales 2 for marketing now i want to add desired extension number so i put 1?? with $KEY in transfer, But it is goes to 1 for sales ..... is there a way to do it like both can work with in 1 VM pro module ?? I think it is considered first digit where packet has to send but is there a option which can set time to send packet i can not see any time to set if some one have experienced kindly guide

remove the 1 for sales, then add the 1?? to go to another menu with 2 options ?? and timeout then transfer to sales from time out and transfer from ?? to 1$KEY.
