The pause recording button is not working on a customer system, we upgraded them to 8.1 (69), contact store and VM pro.
The calls record OK and can be played back on contact store. When the button is pressed it beeps. Tried it on our in house system and can get it to work OK.
Spoken to supplier who say request a ticket with Avaya, when i Request a ticket with Avaya (IPOSS) they can not see registered system and can not look into it.
