I have the following issue on a recently upgraded IPO and I was wondering if anybody has come across this before.
Issue
1.If you enter 6 (short code for Dial Paging) followed by a group number, you page the group of phones.
2.A user then presses the “Conference” button on one of the handsets that is being paged to pick up the page and talk to the party that is paging.
3.At this point there is one way transmission. The user that initiated the page cannot hear the end users voice. If I do a blow test on the end users handset, I can hear the blow test on the end users handset but not at the far end.
