Anyone have any experience with the IPO 8.0 SalesForce integration? We installed OneX Portal on our customer's server and the client onex on each PC using the integration. We have IPO 8.0, Power Users and installed the SalesForce plug in. Also the CTI Toolkit that is required.
We can make outbound calls thru SalesForce by clicking next to the number and it seems all the CLID info is retrieved thru the OneX Portal but the screen pops are not working in the plugin. So incoming calls are not recognized in the SF plugin and no account information is appearing on inbound calls.
We have read every doc that Avaya has in Knowledge Base, and there seems to be no other documentation out there which would help us troubleshoot this.
