so I have a doctors office that has complained that if someone calls into the embedded automated attendant and the caller does not select any options then after about 15 seconds the IPO just hangs up the whole call completely. Unlike PRO there is no time-out setting I can find. Any suggestions to work around this?

Sure, enter in the Incoming Call Route a Fallback destination.

Like Intrigrant said, the fallback route in the incoming call route is used as the timeout with embedded voicemail.

This is one of the biggest drawbacks of Embedded VM in my opinion. If a local user calls a DN that is directed to an AA there is no way to define a timeout destination.

Thanks Intigrant, that was it! Worked like a champ, hate I missed it.
