We are having really strange voicemail issues with a 6.1 (21) IPO running 6.1 (17) VM Pro. Randomly calls will not go to voicemail but bounce to another extension after the no-answer time expires. It's pretty random so we haven't been able to pinpoint. We have changed fall back, forwarding, button programming, etc and everything is fine.
Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas what causes it?
