IPO 500V2 upgrade from 9.0.12 to 11.0.4.7

Hello Team.
i need your help.
I am trying to upgrade an IPO from 9.0.12 to 11.0.4.7
The steps i did is to create the PLDS file by activating the LACS , i added the 11 before the system ID number and i got my XML file.
I uploaded the XML file via manager by selecting PLDS license and looks stored in SD card.
Trying to do the upgrade i get the attached screen where all are red instead of blue.

Any ideas?
the customer has only embedded VM with auto attendant.

@koulioumbis - R11.0.4.7 ??? I can't even see that Avaya have released R11 Feature Pack 4, Service Pack 7? The latest on the support site is Service Pack 6....?

All good, it was my mistake. Standard upgrade procedure. I finished it with the help of a good friend
