Hello,

I'm looking for advise on how to approach an upgrade/migration to SE. I'm a former vendor of 20+ years, now just a customer, so I do not get the reps I once did. Only 2 years removed...

We have 3 IPO500v2 R9.1 systems to will all migrate to SE R11.1
The SE is up and running and ready for config.
I have a spare 500v2 staged to become the "new" IPO1. It is configured and is running in the SE with only default data.
Applicable licensing has all been moved to WebLM.

Objectives...
1- move 90 IP users from IPO 1 to Server config. export/import only gets a portion of the user data...
2- I need to keep the remaining digital/analog users and trunks on IPO 1. What is the best method to move config?

IPO 2 and IPO3 are all digital and analog. This should not be an issue to move during the cutover but welcome any comments.

Thanks for your time!

I wouldn't use csv export for this, but Binary export instead. Open an offline config and delete everything you DON'T want to import, then export as Binary, import into the SE and you should be good.
