I'm trying to set up Centralized Voice mail through SM to AVST (callXpress) SM trace say's Im not sending the dialed info. so instead of going to the dialed ext. mailbox you get enter password .where would the setting be to send the dialed information .
When going strait to AVST it works just fine , when Session Manager is added to rout the call is when we have a problem Sm trace's say we are not sending the history information ,SM only shows the where the call was made from and not the called to number .
