Got a weird issue hopefully someone else has seen. Very busy site dual PRI. The acd agents have had several calls just land on their set where they are talking to someone but didn't actually answer the call. One instance where they answer a call but them and the caller can hear the announcements on the hunt group still. One instance where a caller waiting in que said they could hear another caller talking to the acd agent. One phone that made dialing noises and then showed a call duration of 7 seconds before going back to normal idle display (nobody was at the phone). Another set display that went screwy and unusable. Had to reboot set to get it going again.
All the ACD phones are 9508 so I was hoping the new firmware in 8.0.53 would fix it.
I was at 8.0 46 and upgraded both the VM pro and IPO to the latest but that didn't help. I'm currently running monitor to capture data and see what is going on.
Any suggestions?
