IPO 500 Meet Me Conference

I am trying to set up a meet me conference on Avaya IPO. For external callers it works fine as expected, it greets and asks for the password etc. However for internal Intercom users, i want to restrict participation by "entry by Password"
How do i do it?

How are the internal users accessing the conference? Dialing the meet me short code and the conference ID. Force them to use a short code that starts at the same voicemail pro module that the external participants are using. (Do this my making the meet me short cod undialable)
