Hi all,

I have IPOffice 500v2 and VM PRO, What I want to do is create a series of answers and responses to the callers (a kind of quality survey) after the call.
I have heard that it could be done by the campaign feature, but I have some doubts about that:
-How to configure it?
-The agent should answer the call and then, after the call is finished he send the call to the campaign. So How does the agent send the call to the campaign?
-I want to use a campaign as key pressed.

Transfer to a short code. The short code is a voicemail pro start point. The start point goes to the campaign.
There are tutorials in vmpro help and also on the knowledgebase for you or your installer.

Voicemail Pro needs to be installed properly to allow Campaigns to work, can't remember off the top of my head what needs to be done but it is in the manual.
I have to be honest that in the last 12 years I did 2 campaigns and both were very basic and mostly useless.

The campaign feature is very old school -> You have to listen to the questions and answers/key strokes one by one.

Surveys can be built with or without database integration (the latter is sent by email).
Much easier to consolidate the surveys for the manager, and a lot more efficient.

Kind regards

Gunnar
