Boom, completely dead. One of our clients walked into their office this morning and the unit was dead. No lights, no hum, no buzz - nothing.

The unit is less than a year and was securely grounded, surge protected and all lines were individually protected. Their office did not experience a power outage. Client says no one was working in the closet yesterday either.

We brought the unit back to our office and tried plugging it in here, no dice.

Seems like the power supply poo-poo'd the bed, never seen this happen though. Any ideas? Time to call Avaya and put that warranty to use?

Yes power supply.
And yes warranty.

Indeed, power supplies have always been the systems achilles heel which is a real shame as good ones don't cost that much more than the cr4p one's they use, and I wouldn't mind paying the extra 10-20 bucks to cover the cost as then the system would be almost perfect then :)
