IPO 500 11.1 Provider Telekom Germany

Hello together,
we have an IP Office 500 here and Telekom Germany as provider.
Telekom would like to have anonymous@t-online.de in the digest-username.
I have the same configuration as another IPO but without digest username in registry
This is a trace from our IPO:

both systems have the same configuration, but ours gets the error message "SIP/2.0 401 Unauthorized"
anyone maybe has a solution for me?

The Digest username has to be added in another REGISTER message after the initial 401 response.

This should be seen in a full SIP trace.
