IPO 412 stop LAN 1 responce

IPO 412 version 5.0.18. stop "working" / answer on LAN1.
A software reboot don´t get it to work - a unplug of the power is the only way to get the LAN connection back working.
Is this a hardware our firmware problem ?
Have anyone seen this before ?

seen this on IP500 units, tried a few upgrades and nothing helped. i ended up swapping the hardware.

Does the 412 get very hot? we have some 406's that if they got warm would do this.

Indeed - an overheated IPO (IP4xx) will fall over on the LAN ports. Ive seen this myself....

An overheated ipo stops working at all!!
I have seen a room where the GSM box was 65 degrees celcius (that one was still working)
The ipo stopped working completely but when it was cooled down it started to work again and probably still works.
