IPO 403 and Voicemail Pro licenses 1

Hello,

I have IP Office 403, VM Pro PC and License USB serial key. Everything works until VM Pro PC broken down. Now I'm moving into another PC. Installed VM Pro and Feature Key server. Plugged in USB serial key. Feature Key Server detected USB Serial Key (Icon turns to red). Configured IPO license server IP address, but the problem is, that VM Pro is not working. There are 0 licenses configured. The question is: should the licenses have to be added manually (by adding 32 symbols key, got from Avaya) or it should be detected automatically when Feature Key Server PC are communicating with IPO and then Licenses turned from 0 to 2 or something?

You have to add them manually.
Do you have them ?
If not then post your dongle number.
There are a couple of us who can look it up for you.
Also do not worry, every key is unique for every dongle.
