IPO 4.2 Unhandled exception

I get an "unhandled exception" error when accessing the receptionist phone in the "user" menu.
It doesn't occur whenever accessing any other station.
"input string was not in the correct format"
At the end of the details page it states:
"JIT Debugging
Application does not support Windows Forms just-in-time (JIT) debugging. Contact the application author for more information"

I'm using Manager 10.0(44) and the system is running IP Office 4.2.
Any ideas on what is going on and how I can get it to stop?
Without being able to access the receptionist phone programming, I can't change any button appearances or anything.

The problem is the button programming of that user, I have seen that before and I could only solve that by using the 4.2 manager.
I deleted one button at a time until the error was gone in the 10.0 manager.
The I reprogrammed all buttons with the 10.0 manager.
I could not try the 10.1 Manager.
