Hey all,

Need some input so I can verify setup of a full call center implementation.

Need to know how everyone has setup their call centers.

I have three hunt groups. One primary, one secondary and a third for over flow.

The first one has 5 members in it. The Allocated Ans Time is set to 20 seconds. The overflow time is set to 45 seconds. Queueing is turned on with a 10 second ring time. No queue limit.

The Overflow group list has the secondary group and the third overflow group.

Now, the second group is setup as such:
It has 10 memebers in it, NO allocated Ans Time, no OverFlow time and 10 sec queue ring time. No queue limit.

The third OverFlow group is progrmmed as such:
20 members, 20 second allocated ans time. No overflow time. 10 sec queue ring time.

Now, this works most of the time. The users has a HuntGroupEnable button for each goup on their phone so they can enable and disable themselves when need from the different groups. Let me know if anyone sees any issues that may arise from this type of configuration.

I am getting complaints that calls are just sitting in queue even when users are available.
