We have a problem with the above software level specifically with regard to the night service timing. Below is the issue:
IPO 403 2.1 s/w using vm lite.
The night service is set for two areas. One area works 9-5 one from 8.30 to 5.30. The problem is with the area that works 9-5 and that it comes out of night service at 5.15. The obvious thing to do would be to put it in n/s at 4.45 and hope that it has the same 15 minute delay. Unfortunately this does not have the desiared effect, it comes out at 4.45.
Because this affects peoples going home time and is also on a sales number it is anmnoying both the business and the users. Has anyone seen this before and if so can you provide any info on how you fixed the problem ?
