I have a customer with a new installation here that has no audio periodically when calling other extensions. We are using internal auto answer. When this feature is off the phone rings fine and audio passes fine. 4.0.4 fw on phones. VCMs are not congested.
Figured it out. You can make Ext to Ext calls all day unless you had just placed a call on hold. They were using line appearances instead of park. With a call on hold you couldn't call another extn over speakerphone and have audio. Strange.. Change to Call Parks buttons and we are back in business. THANKS AVAYA
