IPO 11.0.4 - 9608G (FW:6.8102/H.323) - DSS Module (SMB24) 1

Has anyone seen DSS Modules on 11.0.4 9608G phones registered to a hosted platform, lose appearance for users? The buttons still call users when pressed but will not display status of the user. "DSS Status" under Telephony is also enabled.

Issue w/ 6.8.1 firmware; Update to 6.8.2

We had nothing but issues with our 15 9608Gs after updating our hosted IPO to 11.0.4, from a couple with headset issues, NONE of the headset button hook-switches working, random dead-air when you pickup the handset.....was a mess.
What I finally did was download the H.323 6.7 firmware package from Avaya, uploaded to the hosted server, then modified the 96x1Hupgrade.txt (its an auto-generated file, so

http://<ip

address>/96x1Hupgrade.txt will show it, copy and paste it into notepad and edit, then upload new txt file to server, system will use this instead of the auto-generated one) to use the 6.7 firmware for the 9600 series phones, and the 6.8.2 for the J100 series we have (currently 3, for testing/demo).

Once the 6.7 firmware was loaded, and the upgrade file modified and uploaded, rebooting all the 9608G's triggered update(downgrade really), and all have been working fine since.
