I think I know the answer but want to ask anyways.
IPO 10.1 with SIP trunks
Customer has agents working from home and they are using twinning to cell phones
The issue is that some agent are in multiple Hunt groups and they are not sure which call is from witch group.
I don't believe there is a way to distinguish hunt groups calls when twinned. Your either going to get the main number or the calling party number.
Is that not correct or is there a way to manipulate the header information in SBC?
