I recently inherited a few IPMux-24’s and need assistance resolving an issue. I had to add an additional mux and modeled the settings after existing mux’s that are already working. The issue I have is one end’s connectivity status indicates “local fail”, while the other end indicates “remote fail” for connectivity status. The end with the local fail actually has a green led for the T1 sync, so I am puzzled as to why I would have the connectivity issue. Additionally, if I manual loop the device back towards the other end, I never see the status on either end change… Any thoughts or input on how to approach this issue would be kindly appreciated.
