Simple question!
DDI calls to a digital extension with a name tag
Extension has a name assigned
When another user picks up the call via 566 the name of the DDI or extension does not follow and the display reads 'Pickup from 201'

How can I get the display to show the DDI name or extension name when doing a group pickup.

is DDI name follow an option on the 300? or am i thinking of the ipecs...

Preserve DDI name, PGM 200 Button 11 may do it for you.
