Hi All

We have an IPLDK300 with 8 channel of ISDN30e. When the main attendant is on the phone and another calls comes in the phone will beep as an indication. The customer would like to remove the audio signal and have it visually like they used to on the GDK186 they had previously.

I have checked camp on tone and the obvious settings but it still makes the audio signal. I wondered if it was an obscure station setting or do with the DDI/DISA settings in PGM167.

Help as always.

Ok, Press Trans *#..... TRANS/PGM..... the transfer key?.......sigh!

Check PGM 114 for DID Call Wait? That has caused a problem for me in the past..

Hi

This setting was already off.

Anymore idea's?

How is the DID routed? If it is to a station only, perhaps put said station in to a Ring type Hunt Group, and try this? It may stop the tone sounding, and the you would have the QUE message appear on screen and a potential to program a flex key to indicate the ringing.

Just a thought
