Is there anyway of testing the PSU on the cab of a 300?

Had a site whos been having power issues advised to change out their UPS, changed the power supply on the 2nd cab of the 300 just in case (was the second cab that was locking up after power cuts a reset sorted it out).

Obviously making sure that it switches on is a start but looking for anything more indepth testing to see if its worthwhile keeping the PSU ive taken out.

important second cabinet starts before main cabinet. best solution is to use battery back up not ups. just use 2 x 12 volt batteries wired to give 24 volt and connect.

Thanks for the reply 1pabxguy, for future reference is there anyway of testing a PSU for the 300 cab?

yes get volt remove power supply from cabinet and plug it in. should have about 28v dc and 5 vdc on power nodes
