Hi

Quick question!

1 x IPLDK300 triple cab on 3.8 software been installed for a few years now. Oak is connected and used to run reports for each department. The client has OAK support and 4 times since December 1st 2016 Oak have had to remotely log on and get the call logger working again. They have said the SMDR from the system keeps locking up. Any call loggers we have installed with this issue tends to be PC related and firewall/updates installed that causes the issues. Does anyone have any other idea's and if there could well be an issue with the LG system not sending the data. The phone system never gets rebooted to fix the issue, OAK fix it their end which to me says it's their software that needs updating or the PC needs investigating.

Ok, Press Trans *#..... TRANS/PGM..... the transfer key?.......sigh!

Hi Eats,
I don't have much experience with SMDR on these but I'm inclined to agree that Oak is the problem if nothing is done to the 300. In these instances does the SMDR buffer full alarm ever sound at the attendant. Is the 300 outputting via LAN or RS232? Could you agree with Oak to try the other type output?
Regards
Mark

Hi East,

Has the SMDR buffer full alarm gone off? You could try and replace the MPB to rule out that that is the problem as it is very unlikely. If Oak continue to blame the SMDR output you can tell them you have replaced the MPB. Try end get an engineer out but make sure the agree maintenance first.
