Hi All,
Ipldk20 ver 3.9Ha VMIB Auto Attend CCR tables
Is there a way the caller can press # or * to repeat a message or to go back up the menu string to the previous message within the CCR tables? The customer is using CCR to play messages with opening times for each day of the week but if they are listening to Monday I want them to be able to go back up to the previous menu to the list of days of the week and the select Tuesday and so on.
Regards

You should be able to have an option for * & # and select VMIN followed by the message you wish them to hear. I usually program digit 8 to repeat the message and 9 to return to the previous menu. Digit 8 will play vmib and the current message number, digit 9 will play vmib and the previous message number.

If you cant see the *&# digits in programming then use digits 8 and 9.

Hi Eats
Thanks there doesn't seem to be an option for * or #. Just numbers 1 to 10 which I take to be 1 to 0.
Thanks. I will try it out.

Mark.

Hi Jonah

Unsure of software for the IPLDK20 and at which point LG introduced the *&# digits. Could well be the LG LIK range tbh. Use digits 8&9 if need be.

Hi Eats,

Yeah thanks I'll advise them to use 8 & 9

Hi All,
I'm trying to set up the above Auto Attend
It's working but frequently when testing and calling in to choose options we are met with the VMIB message "The Time Has Expired" it then repeats the message we were on and no matter what digit I press to step on to the next menu it seems to stick in this cycle playing "The Time Has Expired" again and again. Is there a timer kicking in which I need to extend??
Please help!!

Message Structure is as follows:
Main Message= CCR1
Press 1 goes to CCR Mess 2
Press 2 goes to CCR Mess 3
Press 3 goes to Ext 101
Press 4 goes to HG 625

Mess 2
Press 1 goes to CCR Mess 21
Press 2 goes to CCR Mess 22
Press 3 goes to CCR Mess 23
Press 4 goes to CCR Mess 24
Press 5 goes to CCR Mess 25
Press 6 goes to CCR Mess 26
Press 7 goes to CCR Mess 27
Press 8 goes to CCR Mess 2 (To Repeat)
Press 9 goes to CCR Mess 1 (To Go to Previous Menu)

Mess 3
Press 1 goes to CCR Mess 31
Press 2 goes to CCR Mess 32
Press 3 goes to CCR Mess 33
Press 4 goes to CCR Mess 34
Press 5 goes to CCR Mess 35
Press 6 goes to CCR Mess 36
Press 7 goes to CCR Mess 37
Press 8 goes to CCR Mess 3 (To Repeat)
Press 9 goes to CCR Mess 1 (To Go to Previous Menu)

Disa Retry Counter in PGM160/161. Probably set to 3 which is default. Try and set it to its lowest value. Sometimes it displays zero and other versions display 1.

Eats.

Ok, Press Trans *#..... TRANS/PGM..... the transfer key?.......sigh!

That sorted it.
Eats you're an absolute star thank you very much!!!
